Gah! Just in for a 3.30am rant.

DD2 has previously been a great sleeper. She’s ebf and usually wakes just once a night for a feed, bloody nirvana compared to DD1 at the same age.

BUT she’s now 17 weeks and gradually her sleep is getting worse and I’m getting so frustrated!!

Tonight she fell asleep at 5.30 in the wrap while I was cooking dinner. I assumed it was for a nap but she woke at 7.30 and went straight back to sleep after a feed. Since, she has woken at 9.30, 11, 1 and 3. She has a short 5-10 min feed then usually falls back asleep on the boob and so the y me continues.

DD1 is 3 and still wakes through the night so ‘this too shall pass’ isn’t offering me much comfort st the moment!

@lauramcd86 the love to dream swaddle is great! I’m far to uncoordinated to swaddle with a cloth. Plus they look so cute in it!

My DD went through this last month. It was torture. Only lasted a week but it felt much longer. I actually introduced a few solids (literally a teaspoon size at a time) and it settled her. An extra feed a day too. Since then she's back to sleeping 7-7, so it can happen. I know everything is a phase but I'm hoping it lasts... Hope it will pass soon for you! X
