I have been using Radox lavendar and camomile pillow spray. It's brilliant. You can get it in boots, superdrug and some supermarkets. Am recommending it to everyone at the moment. It's almost like a drug !! It's £2.99 and it's usually next to the bath stuff as they do a bath soak in the same flavour so to speak. i would imagine if you bath in the bath soak and then use the pillow spray you'd sleep for a week !!!

you could also try Bioforce Valerian-Hops from a health shop, you add some to water/juice/milk and take half hour before bedtime.
I used it during pregnancy, you know when you're up all night at the toilet and then can't get back to sleep, worked everytime i used it.
I've used it during bf with both my babies, when they started to sleep longer at night and i was ling wide awake! again I found it always worked.

It helps your mind and body relax and switch off. it helps you to get the right amount of dream sleep and deep sleep.

We also give it to our baby or toddler if they are having trouble sleeping, eg when teething.

I also use a drop of lavender essential oil on pillow.
