3 months and starting to wake more not less in the night!

My little boy is 14 weeks today and for the past week or so he has started to wake more in the night - not less as it says in the books. I am breastfeeding him he goes down at 7 after being fed every 3 hours through the day. He has done long stints of sleep in the night - occasionally from but usually from 7-1 but now he seems to be waking around 10-11 3 and then 5. Any tips? I would rather not give him a 10-11 formula feed. I think he could be waking due to habit?

He's still very little to drop the dream feed, most babies aren't ready to do that until they're between 16-20wks!

I'd reinstate a feed at 10-11. Ds woke up about 4-5 times a night until he was 5/6 months and I sent him to sleep boot camp. But carried on feeding him at 10pm for much longer. If he doesn't finish his bottle at 7, I still top him up when I go to bed - he is now 13 months.
