If you have paid for a sleep consultant you would be best following that advice, not mine. Otherwise it will be a complete waste of money
In fact you would be best listening to your baby - more so than paid for advice or some random on the internet (me). But I know how hard baby sleep can be.
I can't argue the case here, you know your baby better than anyone on this planet. Better than me.
My answer to everything in the bany/toddler years is more sleep. Never less. It might be that the timings of sleep needs to change, but not restricted amounts of sleep.
In fact, my 11 year old sitying SATS today - my prescription is more sleep needed. My 7 year old being argumentative - my answer is more sleep needed. My 12 (going on 18) year old being stroppy... more sleep needed. Early night for everyone!
So maybe it isn't just my answer to everything in the baby/toddler years. It carries on much longer than that.
I firmly believe babies/toddlers/children need much more slerp that our society allows them. Not less.
Im getting on my soap box here. I should stop. Anyway, I have a school rin to dash off too.
My answer though is definately more sleep needed.
