When is the sleepyhead outgrown?

I have the sleepyhead deluxe for ds2. He's 12 wks old but very big. His feet are starting to rest on top of the bumper rather than inside. It's supposed to be suitable til around 8 months but clearly not in our case!

I've looked on the sleepyhead website but can't find any info about sizing.

You can undo the buckle at the bottom so his feet have more room. Generally I'd say it's outgrown once they look squashed rather than snug, but it's a bit of a judgment call, no hard and fast rule.

He looks snug and seems happy with feet there. I'll start looking for a grandon.ebay I think......
