13mth old moving around too much at night...

Hi,
My 13mth old DD wakes once or twice a night because she's making her way up the cot in her sleep until she finally bangs her head or gets stuck. At least I think that's whats going on...certainly looks like it when I go into her.
She's still in a sleeping bag.

Any ideas on how to help us both get a better nights sleep or will she grow out of this? I don't mind waiting if that is the case but if there's a short cut I'd love to know!

My dd2's been doing that for a while now she's a year old next week. I used to put her in a wedge but she's grown out of that now, afraid I'v not found anything to stop her, if you put a bumper around the bars then she could remove it and get caught up. No answeres I'm afraid think its just a case of waiting - my dd's got two long bruises down her head where she's bashed herself in the knight! Looks dreadful.

Does she have a pillow??? Might encourage her to stay one end, although my DD1 is 14mths and is in toddler bed but still moves around all over it, as does my 3yr old DS!
