Baby doesn't nap in the day!

Hi, I'm new on here My baby is 10 weeks old and is really hard work during the day! She will have very short naps of about 30 minutes maybe twice in the day but the rest of the time she's awake- is this normal?! It's exhausting carrying her round constantly and when I put her down she screams.

Have you got a sling that you find comfy to wear?
Will she sleep in a pram if taken out for a walk.

Hang in there. She'll get the hang of it eventually. At this age a baby doesn't know what sleep is or that sleeping will make the tiredness go away.

Hi, I just bought a sling yesterday actually! Just need to figure out all the straps yes she does fall asleep in the pram off and on and I try to get out and about with her once a day it's just stressful getting ready when she's screaming!

It is normal but it's not good for her.
Probably she is missing her nap windows and ending up overtired and unable to sleep.
She needs maximum 1.5 hrs awake, maybe less

Ds wouldn't nap unless moving in car or pram for first 16 weeks. I went for a lot of walks, easier as he was a summer baby, but so you have a mall nearby?
After 16 weeks he started having one after breakfast and being dressed and one early afternoon. Always on me post boob though...
