Does this sound like the 4 month sleep regression

Hi, i think my baby might have started the regression, 16 weeks old, goes to bed at 6:30, we wake her at 10 for a feed and she goes straight back to sleep until 6:30am ish, been like this for about 6 weeks, last night she woke at 4am then again at 5:15am, does that sound like the regression?
We just left her in her cot chattering away (she's in our room) and she got herself back to sleep after about 15 mins (we always put her down drowsy so she's hopefully learned to self settle)
She's still swaddled in a grosnug and has white noise. Is there anything else we should be doing to help her? (She ditched the nighttime dummy herself but still uses it for daytime naps)
We have a routine everyday which she's sticking to, though her morning and afternoon naps have become c30 min 'cat naps' and need to be on someone, been like this since about 9 weeks old, prior to that she'd always nap in her cot

You just have to do whatever you can to get through them. You can't do much to stop the effect of them. They literally can't switch their brains off.

(When DD learned to pull herself up it was a compulsion to practice for a couple of hours every night. Short of tying her down there was nothing to do but let her get on with it.)

When she starts pulling herself up is it ok to leave her to get on with it or do you need to keep checking? No signs yet but just so i know Smile

I put a mattress on the floor next to her cot. She was safer in the cot where she could do it safely than bedsharing with me. She had a grobag on and everything but it didn't help!

She thought she was brilliant so squarked every 20 seconds as well. Grin

If she got herself back to sleep after 15 minutes I'd say you have nothing to worry about - provided she keeps doing that!

Thank you. Last night she slept through so maybe it wasn't the regression. Guess we'll just have to see how things go. A baby manual would be good! Grin
