Hi my dd just turned one. She slept through between 2-4 months old and hasn't since. She's currently waking at least 2-3 times in the night and then awake from 5am. I try to leave her in bed until 6 if I can but then by 7am she's wanting back to bed. I don't put her down for her until at least 8.30 and get her up at 9.45. She then has a nap 1.15-3 and is in bed at 6.30. Can anyone give me tips as to how to get her to sleep? She's in my room and she knows I'm there but I can't move her as my 3 year old is in the other room and I don't want her waking her all night either. She has a dummy and in the early hours I give her a bottle of milk to try and soothe her bk to sleep. Sometimes this works sometimes it doesn't.

My daughter is doing the same. I'm putting it down to teeth although I think she's taking the piss some nights. I've been up since 4.10 with her this morn but refused to get her out of her cot until 5.30. Could she be teething?

Have you tried putting her in an extra layer of nighttime clothing and/socks.

She has been teething but the tooth has come through now unless there's another one sneaking through. She is in a sleeping bag and I always put her quilt over her too she is always nice and toasty but not too hot.
