I spent the last 2 nights sleeping at my mum's in an attempt to catch up on some rest.

Both those nights DS woke somewhere between 1am and 4am, and not again til morning.

The week before when DH was alone with him he did the same the first night (the less night was less successful what with throwing himself down the stairs ).

Soooooooo... we are starting to think that DH doesn't stir with him crying, and he settles himself back to sleep.

Tonight is gonna be hard, but it is "The Test".

DH is in charge. I am not allowed to wake him when DS wakes, I just have to leave it until he stirs (I can see me laying in bed reading a book with a torch ). Hopefully we can find out if that's whats happening, and if so, if I can manage to ignore him until DH wakes each night, after a few nights he should have stopped waking in beween feeds???

I'll update in the morning!

Half a bottle given to him in his cot just after I posted this... then he woke at 4am and had another one given to him... then woke as my alarm went off at half six

I don't remember the last time I awoke to an alarm at home without him in bed with me!!!
