Help - dd waking at night because of cold

Am turning to trusty mumsnet for some sound advice.
My dd is 21 months and has suddenly started rejecting her grobag completely. Mostly, she won't let me put her in it at all, and even when she does she just unzips it herself after I've left the room.
She won't stay under blankets either and often falls asleep sideways across the cot with her legs up the side!
She's waking a couple of times a night because she's cold. It's SO frustrating and I don't know what to do.
She's in a vest and sleepsuit but this doesn't seem to be enough. Don't want to leave heating on all night coz it's too expensive.
Help...help..help...

You could try putting her in a fleecy sleepsuit.

if you have a primark near you they had them for £3 a few weeks ago, or you could try matalan they normally do things like that.
