We co sleep with our 8 week old in a sleepyhead. My husband is going to a gig tonight and will probably have 2 or 3 pints. He's only been out once since she was born, on st Patrick's day and he slept in spare room. Should he sleep in spare room tonight too or is a couple of drinks ok? Thanks!

I'd say the spare room. You can't be too safe, plus I would have thought it would mean he could relax and not worry about waking you or baby. Even when pregnant, I consigned my DH to the spare room if he was having even a few!

I would say spare room, mainly because my dh is noticeably 'different' after 2 pints, and will snore.

If cosleeping then it's zero alcohol consumption before bed sharing.

Thanks guys, I think hubby is secretly delighted that he gets an undisturbed nights sleep and can sleep in late without me noticing! ;)
