why are you still up Quootiepie? I am just mad, even tried herbal sleeping tablet and doubled the dose and still not asleep.

I have some hard core sleepers from the doctor but I am trying to do without them

haha! no. It's another very long tangled story, linked I guess with the usual... if that makes any sense. Im feeling abit wooooozy aaswell so not making alot of sense anyway

im getting sleepy tabs tomorrow fingers crossed. Last time they didnt work though!

Mine work but the reason I can't sleep is beacsue I can no longer naturally send myself to sleep as I ahve been on sleepers. I am trying to break the cycle.

I can only sleep when literally exhausted.

DH cant understand it! I can never go to bed, not tired, curl up and go to sleep!
