Help!! I'm at the end of my tether. My 18 month old used to go to sleep on his own fine at night and sleep thru mostly. Since he had tonsilitis about 6 weeks ago it's all gone wrong. He's taking anything up to 2.5 hours to go to sleep and it's making his sister unable to go to sleep either which is making life in our house absolutely unbearable. I've tried bedtime later, earlier, mire activity in day, less activity in day, no nap, longer nap, different time nap etc. I can't think of any other ideas to try. This is quite nightmarish. I don't know how long I can actually survive this. I dread bedtime.
