Do you always try and do a big feed before bedtime or just a top up? I worry that if she falls asleep during a big one then she won't have eaten enough, but then if I just offer a top up sometimes she won't want any and then I'll know she'll wake up in a couple of hours...am I overthinking this? My little girl is 21 weeks and always falls asleep during her feed before bed.
I give her a feed one hour before bed and then half an hour before bed so that she's had plenty when she falls asleep.
Since I've done this she has started sleeping through. Not sure if it's coincidence but I'd like to think it's because she's had plenty of milk!
