dd's 'routine' - can you tell me if I can improve it please

Just want someone to tell me what they think of this, and if I can make it any easier for myself really.

Dd is 7 months. She is now sleeping through 7-8pm til 8am . She has
A morning nap (20 mins) in the pushchair on the way to playgroup.
An after lunch nap (30 mins), but only if she falls asleep whilst feeding on me and then continues sleeping on me.
A 'sleepy feed' between 4-5pm (for about 30 mins), again, on me.

Ideally I would love to make them a little longer, even if it meant only one a day, and for them to be in her cot. Being completely selfish, it would give me some time to get jobs done around the house .

The in-laws arrive on Saturday to childmind whilst I do 2 weeks work. It seems the ideal opportunity to either try and implement a new sort of structure to the day whilst they are here to carry it out, or for me to start a new 'routine' once I resume Mummy duties.

Or perhaps I shouldn't be so mean trying to get dd to fit in with me and I should let her continue as she likes?

Constructive ideas and comments please kind MNers

Just had a thought, I started another thread about dd not liking her cot. Here
Do you think I should try and sort that out before making any changes elsewhere in her life, or can I try and improve both situations at once?
