14 week old dd, have struggled with nighttime sleep for a few weeks now, tried the 2 hourly easy routine, tried a bedtime routine of bath bottle bed but nothing seems to help! She's difficult to settle during the day for any period of time apart from on car journeys or outside in the garden. Can settle her relatively well in the evenings with the bath bottle bed but only lasts for approx 2 hours then full on screaming fits for the next 2-4 hours n so on. Am literally at end of my tether does anybody have any suggestions?

Any other symptoms, How is feeding generally, bowels and mood? Any reflux or vomiting?

Where does she sleep and how?
Any teething going on?

Hang on in there. I was in the same position a few weeks ago, kept going with bedtime routine (feeling like an idiot as it never worked) and at 17 weeks she suddenly established a routine of regular naps and overnight sleeping. Have had the odd off day/night and just starting to try and let her self settle a bit more.

She feeds really well, 4-5 oz every 3-4 hours, regular bowel movements. Very happy baby as long as she is entertained ie toys that make noises, dad pulling funny faces talking to her etc. does not like being left for much longer than 10 mins on activity mat bouncer etc. thought she may be starting to teeth as when she is really angry/upset she grasps at face dribbles a bit so tried teething powder and neurogenic to absolutely no avail.

She sleeps in a Chico next to me next to our bed on my side at a slight angle as flat never works, has a light gro bag with a vest on in a slightly cool but not cold room.

She also has a dummy but doesn't wake up if it falls out and when she does wake up replacing it doesn't help

If you think it's teething related try anbesol liquid you get it from behind then pharmacy counter at boots etc only thing that worked for us and maybe try raising cot head incase it's reflux related. Baby's sleep will always change when teething or growth spurts. My little one slept 7-7 from 6 weeks old and once hit 8 months woke every hour for 3 weeks then normal for a while then the same again

I could have written all your posts when ds was smaller! Its very draining so you have my sympathy!
Ds had wind, although he didn't show it and had no symptoms. I found a sling in the afternoon helped bring up and little bits of what we called 'deep gas' that no winding would have helped. We also gave tummy rubs before bed, moving in a clock wise position. But sorry to say ds just grew out of it, although he's not perfect.
However with babies it seems to be all a guessing game!
