My daughter has done nothing but sleep for the last two days now. Shes been awake about three hours in total today. shes 6 months and usually very active with two naps a day. she dosent seem ill, no temp or cold, eating and having normal nappies and isnt showing her usual teething signs. could she be growing?

I'd be worried about 20+ hours sleep a day in a 6 month old and see a doctor, just to be sure.

Growth spurts usually involve more wake ups because amount of feeding increases.
