Grr. Why choose today to wake up at stupid o'clock, when it makes it a whole hour earlier? We have people coming round later, and dp is away.

Poor you! It as 4am. Took an hour to settle her down again - well, took DH an hour as I have stopped breastfeeding in the night. However, he got back to sleep and I stayed awake until she woke again at 6am, and he is still asleep - grrr!

mandymac · 29/10/2006 07:32

Meant to say 'it was 4am here' - obviously suffering from the lack of sleep!

FrannyandZooey · 29/10/2006 07:34

I think we dozed for a bit. I got in with him as I thought he might settle down easier (and was missing dp ) About 6 he said "Mummy you can go back to your own room now", but he didn't get back to sleep properly.

Ah well. Just rung dp and he is in a Little Chef eating unspeakable things prior to coming home, so that's good.
