Hi During pregnacy I was down to 2 hours a night now its about 4-5 hours. Not so good when dd wakes at 5.30am when you have just gone back to sleep.

Meant to say that if you have insomnia then you have my sympathy .
I was so tired at one point that i had a horrible crawling feeling all over my body all the time.I used to feel like i would never sleep again.
Fortunately i was lucky and after a few weeks of treatment with diazepam and zopiclone i was ok.

Have you seen your gp?

It's awful, i had 2.5 hours last night. it was the same with dd although it did get better. I used to listen to story tapes, which helped get me off to sleep. I must dig them out.

Hi it's good to know that you are not the only one. Insominia has got a grip on met. I can usually get to sleep but come about 2pm I am awake not knowing what to do. As I have got older it's more of a problem as I don't recover quite so quickly. Have other tried remedies to get over it?
