Does anyone else worry about what they're dressing their dcs in for bed time? Too hot, too cold, it would help if the room stayed a constant temp 16 one night 22 the next.

What do you do? Any advice greatfully received

I had a little guide that came with a gro bag that gave a guide. Generally one layer more than you. So if you're wearing cotton pj's either long sleeves, then vest and babygro

I also used the grobag guide - it's available here: gro.co.uk/pages/what-to-wear

I have found it harder in winter as her room was fluctuating in temperature a lot, but to help with this I started turning off the radiator in her room every afternoon so by evening it was cool, then putting LO to bed with enough layers for it to be cool. Then I only turn the radiator back on in the morning (then use a lighter sleeping bag for daytime naps, if/when they happen). It means that although cooler, her room stays a more consistent temperature at night.
