My 4 year old dd is really missing the quality time I used to spend with her before my ds came along, and her behaviour is deteriorating because of it. He goes to bed at 7.30, and so does she, but the whole time she's home with me he's awake and I'm either breastfeeding him, trying to entertain him or trying to get him to nap, meanwhile dd is entertaining herself but with far too much screen time. If I take him out in the pram he'll nap so I can take her to the park or shops, but I have fibromyalgia and find it outwith my energy levels most days.
I wish my ds would nap in the daytime but I've tried everything and am coming to realise that he's just not a napper, so I need inventive ways of spending quality time with dd whilst catering for his needs too.
