How many medicines for a baby who gets chicken pox?

My child is said to get chicken pox yesterday. He is 19 months old. The GP said there is nothing to do for now.

Anyway, I have looked at some threads about this issue and found people recommend at least these four:

piriton

calpol

epaderm

Poxclin

My question is: Is it alright to use all of them on my child?

My sincere thanks,

Piriton is an antihistamine and is taken orally. Calpol is paracetamol and also taken orally. The other 2 are applied to the body so you wouldn't really need both

p.s. your child would be ok to have any/all of them if required

Thank you so much for your kind advice. I will buy Calpol and Piriton.
