All of a sudden massive wee's!

hi, my ds is almost 12 months. For the last few nights he has been wetting through his nappy, vest and pjs. It's such a shame as otherwise he sleeps through but nowadays he's crying at 3 or 4 am wet through, I have to change him completely and his cot sheet- then it is hard to get him settled again for ages.

I've used the same brand (pampers) and they were fine before... it really is his volume of wee ! the nappy is so heavy in the early hours. I have just bulk bought 140 nappies and they are the right size... so I was just thinking, would it be ok to put 2 nappies on him at night ? has anybody done this ?

please advise -thanks !

I'm not sure about putting two nappies on.

I would try going up a size in nappies. Pampers Baby Dry are the best for overnight absorbency IMO.

Also - keep an eye on which way his willy is pointing when you put the nappy on. Pointing to the side, for example, will not use the full absorbency of the nappy since the wetness will be one-sided.

I use pampers baby dry and have to use the plus size due to the size of my DS wee's!!
Also we now have milk before bed but nothing through the night. He was drinking a lot of milk and or water at one time but I realised he was using it as comfort rather than needing it.
