Hi ladies,

My 11 month old wakes up every hour of not more during the night and I've tried all sorts to get her to sleep through but nothing works, she's been like this since 4 months!!

Any ideas what I can try to get her to sleep through?

Thanks Danielle xx

Oh op. That's brutal. Ds went through a 5 month long sleep hell, waking every 90mins-2 hours. At first we fed back to sleep, which became very silly-lots of bottles with 2oz taken from them, then stopped working altogether. I worked on naps first (then he'd only nap on me) getting him to self settle in his cot during the day. We then night weaned him (this was much later,11.5 months) and switched to cows milk (2 weeks early). He was still waking up 2/3 times a night so we did a version of cc. I'm pregnant and just could not cope with getting up twice between 12 and 6am for 45 minutes at a time. I went into his room when he cried and lay him back down in his cot, pat his back, sshhed etc but would not pick him up and rock him. The first night he cried on and off for 2 hours Sad. The second night he woke up once for about 10 minutes, the third night and every night since he's slept 7-5, had a feed then gone back down till 7. The 5am-7 is sometimes less reliable but after everything I can live with it.

Bit of a random suggestion, but we've got a bad sleeper. The past week has been much much better and the only difference is a banana before bed?

Hi , I'm new to this forum ! My little one is 13 months old and has never been the best sleeper ( never slept throigh) anyway over the pas few months it has for worse and is awake every 30-60 mins after going to bed. He goes to bed with ease put him in his cot pat his back and his gone without 1-3 minutes. However it's keeping him asleep that's the problem ! After lots and lots of research ( and no help from doctors!!) I have come to the conclusion that my little one could be suffering with a food intolerance. He had a milk allergy when he was younger and was on nutramigen which sorted the problem of constant upset and tummy pains. We kept him off all dairy when weaned and has had abit of it over Christmas as was reintroducing it ( took him back off as I thkight it could of been one of the problems his sleep was getting worse) I now think maybe soya could be the problem as when he turned one I moved him onto a soya junior milk . Has anybody had anything like this with thre little ones ! Food intolerances causing sleep
Problems ??
