Feeding to sleep 10 month old

I've been BFing my DD to sleep since she was born, and it's worked fine so far...but now I would really like someone else to be able to put her to bed every now and then. It takes quite a while every night - anything from 30 mins to 2 hours to get her properly snoozy and I do try and put her down drowsy rather than fully asleep...but I'm back at work now and just haven't the energy to do this every night.
Should I be trying to get her onto formula for nighttimes, or breastmilk in a cup? How much should she be drinking at night? She doesn't have milk during the day now - just early morning and to get to sleep.
Any thoughts anyone? Thank you!
