6 month won't nap in cot in day

Help!

6 month dd great at self settling at night and goes down at 7 pm ish. HOWEVER she will not settle for naps in day and I end up giving in and taking her out in pram where she falls asleep immediately! Help??

I always slept my 3 in the pram during the day

It was annoying during winter because sometimes they would wake up as I tried to gently slip their coats off, and park them at the other end of the lounge.

It never bothered me though as long as they had their naps.

I am in exactly this position. Hoping you get some foolproof instructions that I can follow!
