Do any FF's co sleep? And how do you actually co-sleep?

Meaning where is baby In bed? Are they under duvet?

Never under the duvet - all soft adult bedding should be kept well away. Some sources I've seen say that it's riskier for ff babies/mothers to co-sleep than for bf pairs, something to do with the mother being more aware of the baby during sleep and adopting safer positions.
