HELP ME! 18 month old, how to move on from feeding to sleep?

My 17 mo DD feeds to sleep still. It's generally our only BF, she generally sleeps all night, for which I'm very grateful.

But We started at 7pm tonight, it's 2 hours later and she's just gone down. I work full time, studying and am 19 weeks pregnant. No sign of my milk drying up, so self weaning hasn't happened like I'd hoped it would.

She self settles if she wakes at night, just screams if put down anything less than zonked out. I generally do bedtime alone (DH often still at work or away overnight) and we need a change as a two hour feed won't be possible with a newborn too.

She won't take a bottle an spits milk out from a sippy cup.

Can anyone offer any words of wisdom?

Could you try feeding her, as normal, but keeping her awake? Then try a gradual retreat method?

If that's her only feed then it's unlikely that there will be a lot of milk for her as (I would have thought) your milk would be gradually reducing as the number of feeds reduces. So it's more of a comfort thing for her.
