Hi there, I know most people on here post about babies but I have a 5-year old who is really struggling to get to sleep since he's been back to school (now in year 1).
Last night it was nigh-on 11pm before he dropped off which is obviously totally unsustainable. It's not every not (or hasn't been to now) and last night was by far the latest. But it has been 9.30 some nights which is way too late.
He's very good and just lies in bed but it's horrible for him and he's obviously knackered. What can I do to help? I'm assuming his brain is in overdrive from the day at school.
