I bought one the other day but have found that it seems to keep him awake as he's transfixed by the light in the box itself (which is quite bright) and then when I turn it off he starts to scream. Took him an hour and a half to settle tonight so am not sure if a waste of money....anyone had any other experiences with it -(he's 11 weeks old by the way). Is he perhaps too little for it and might grow to like it later or should I just take it back and give up !
Thanks!!

My 3yr old dd1 has a winnie the pooh light show which i still have to wind up every night!
2 yr old dd2 has a different one but loves hers on too.
Your ds might grow to like it.dd's used to lie on the floor watching theirs in the daytime!

So did you ever find it kept them awake rather than having the oppposite effect of making them sleep ??

We use a Vtech one with a bear on the front - it kept DS1 awake for the first, er, not sure how long, but he soon loved it and would watch it transfixed, then fall asleep. STAYING asleep was another matter... He still has it now he's 2.5, and he helps change the batteries now (Get rechargeables...!)
