DS is 18 months, terrible sleeper-occasional phases of sleeping but thrown off by everything, teething, colds, developmental leaps you name it.
Currently he constantly thrashes about in sleep and often wakes up kicking his legs together going totally nuts.
The no covering on his legs thing was fine when it was warm but now it has cooled down a lot he is waking from being too cold as has kicked off his pj bottoms.
At my wits end,he is waking up in a rage and nothing works to calm him down.I have no idea what is wrong, why he hates covers and what the problem is with his feet which he kicks together as though his feet themselves are annoying him.
Any ideas?Anyone been through this?My DD was a terrible sleeper too but was much improved by just over a year,he is STILL up 3 times a night almost every night!
Expecting number 3 now and totally wrecked,he is even worse when Daddy goes in than he was to start off with so I am always up with him-on bad nights I suspect DH is pinching him so he can come back to bed with a shrug when his wailing has got even louder-(not really obv)

I have some footless PJ suits which were handed down to me by sister in law. I would offer to send them to you to test out, but they are size 9-12 months so wouldn't fit.

Maybe they would help? I'm sure you could get some online somewhere.
These only go up to 18 months but maybe if he's small for his age it could work?

Can you buy a fleecy onesie (primark and asda did them last year) and cut the feet off it? Then at least his body is warm even if his feet aren't! I cannot sleep with my feet covered so am sympathetic!

That is a genius plan teacher!

JJMB do togged fleece sleepsuits, I think about 2.5togs, with no feet. Might be worth investigating?

Boots do lovely babygrows without feet, in bigger sizes.
