Just curious, if you have a 7-10 month old, how many naps a day do they have?

almost 9 months. naps at night for about 45 mins and at 12.30 for 1-2 hours. if it's 1 hour I try to force a short pushchair nap at 4/4.30 but she's not keen. otherwise she goes through to bedtime at 6.30/7. she's gone down to usually 2 naps in the last month

DD is 7.5 months. She wakes up at 7am, nap at 9 or 10 for 40 minutes, nap at 12/1 for an hour (sometimes shorter, sometimes a lot longer) and nap at 3ish for 30 minutes. She goes to bed at 7.

Also she wakes up every 2 hours or sometimes more through the night so this may affect things! Not sure if her nap times are normal or not.

8 month old has 45-60 minutes in the morning about 9ish. Then 90 minutes or so after lunch about 12.30/1ish

Nearly 8mo DS has 3 naps a day. Each around 45 mins, at 9, 12 and 3
