Bedtime routine for 3YO and baby

Can any one share how they manage bedtime for a toddler and a baby. Struggling over here! Thanks

Bath together. Baby out first and dressed within sight of toddler in bath. Baby on bed (or in cot if moving). Collect toddler and dress in our room. Story while baby has milk. Toddler to bed. go back and settle baby.
