Anyone else's 20 month old still waking twice a night?

Or just mine? Usually ravenous for milk around 10pm (don't say give him a bigger dinner - he won't eat big meals) and then again middle of night sometimes for drink sometimes for dummy sometimes for reassurance. We co slept first ten months but that's a long time ago now.

Yupp. Mine still did at 20 months. We night weaned around 22 months by offering water instead of milk at night (unless poorly). He started consistently sleeping through a month or so later.

There tummies get used to the night milk. My DD would wake up to 8 x a night for breast feed until we night weaned at 15months - after 5 days she slept 9 hours straight then soon after all night. Here's my blog post on night weaning without CIO if you're interested - mydaughterwontsleep.com/2014/02/06/is-breast-best-when-it-comes-to-sleep-apparently-not/
good luck!
