Still in our room but at least not in our bed. And I will not bf him. Help me through?

Up until now we have coslept and ebf on demand- has been going ok but hubby and I havd a week booked off work do giving it a go. So far lots of crying at bedtime as if he knew what our plans were and he has woken twice for dummy and reassuring.

Anyone else in same boat. Oh ds is 14 months.

We did this at 15 months old when my DD had been waking up to 8 x a night for bf which was on demand. It took about 5 nights and then she slept about 9 hours straight (8pm-5am). After that we extended the time of the morning feed by 15 minutes each night and eventually got our 12 hours sleep. I've blogged on our method if you're interested. We NEVER left her to cry alone. mydaughterwontsleep.com/2014/02/06/is-breast-best-when-it-comes-to-sleep-apparently-not/
Good luck!
