Or am I in for 3/4 wakes up a night and not settling herself anymore, forever!
Naps not so bad but nights she used to have bottle and settle nicely but now she cries and fidgets and tosses/turns until I eventually give her a cuddle or soothe her. She also is waking up 3/5 times a night and crying until again I soothe her sometimes minutes to hours!
I can't deal with poor sleep, especially when she was so good before

Yup, it's a sleep regression. Don't panic.

Watching with interest as we are the same although naps have always been a disaster here. Gone from self settling after a feed to bouncing off the walls awake and needing rocked to sleep. Just as I was thinking I would get my evenings back...

We are having the same Issues. Our daughter has always been a good sleeper but has now taken to not settling well and waking at 2/3am crying and will only settle back to sleep by being cuddled. Napping during the day doesn't seem to be a problem.
Is there any guideline for how long sleep regression lasts for???

There is a 'leap' at around 32-37 weeks according to Wonder Weeks so could be that. Or separation anxiety starting?
