Oh, how little are the babies you are trying to compare to?

DS, 13 weeks, ebf. Has found a routine for himself this week. Times are approximate.

Wake at 7am
Feed
Play/chill for a couple of hours
Feed
Nap at 9-10
Normally out and about 10-12 might have a doze in the car. Feeds on demand
12-2:30/3 sleep
3-4:30 play feed etc
4:30- 5:15/5:30 nap
Up at 7 for a bath/massage
In bed for 7:30 - asleep by 8.
Wakes at 10:30 ish for a feed (can dream feed if I catch him in time)
Wakes at 3 for quick feed (sometimes 5 too-but not very often).

Oh meant to add - big feed at dinner time and big feed before bed. Feeds every 3 hours during the day.

From 8 weeks-16 weeks, about 2 hours between last nap and bedtime. From 4ish months, last nap finishes about 4.30 bedtime 7.30pm. Last feed just before bed.

My ds is 13 weeks and i've been following blissful baby experts routine and it realky seems to work!

7am awake and 1st feed
8.30 nap for about an hour
11am feed
11.40 ish nap for 1.5-2 hrs
2.45 feed
and hour nap anywhere in the afternoon depending on last wake up time
5.45 bathtime
6.15 larger feed before bed
6.45-7.15 asleep
10.30 dreamfeed but slightly larger bottle
3am he will wake for a small feed but easy to resettle
sometimes he will wake about 5am for a cuddle but goes back into his cot until wake time!

He is awake and active between all his sleeps and feeds but i have found that routine has really helped especially with his feeding!

I've been feeling confused about how anyone gets a baby into a routine, for example what do you do if he cries for a feed outside of his feeding times (or is that less likely with ff?)

Also when you say he goes to bed early evening what does that physically mean? In a different room than you're in?

Thanks!
