Baby sleeps in sling/carrier during the day not cot, is this bad??

I worry about what i'll do when she gets bigger and what will happen when she goes to nursery at 8 months! If I put her in the sling she goes to sleep quickly, if I try putting her in the cot she will wake up and start crying quickly!

She is 8 weeks.

Quite normal. I had mine in a sling until she was too heavy too carry (at about 10 months).

8 months it's a long time, she might change until then.

As long as the nap and you are happy where they nap, don't worry about where it is! They will ALL nap at nursery, and most of the time they will nap in the cot in the end, don't worry. I spent too much time worrying about this and at ten months my LO went for a nap in her cot, as was too hot for buggy, and has napped there ever since :)
