Almost 3 and daily night waking. I've had enough..

So my almost 3 year old dd was as a baby a good sleeper but in the past 6 months, her sleep seems to have went a bit to pot. She goes to bed fine usually around 7.30/8pm with little fuss but then wakes between 1-2am crying and wanting a drink of milk. I usually keep her cup of milk in the fridge so after a quick drink she goes back to sleep (on most occasions!) but other times this then sets of crying/screaming for the next hour or so. Tonight I lost it with her and shouted. I'm tired and grumpy as this is becoming a nightly thing. After I left her room she was up screaming that she didn't want to be left etc. I went back and sat with her but this isn't enough and when I leave she kicks off. I've been in 3 times with her cup of milk yet she's still crying. I understand that it's warm but I don't believe she's generally waking for a drink all the time.
I don't know what else to add, I'm just so tired myself and need this to stopConfused
