5 year old DS repeateddly coming to my bed - help please

My 5 year old DS keeps coming to my bedroom every single night - he can sleep by himself but comes to our bed every single night. As soon as he comes in, he will jump in the middle and sleep straight away. Sometimes I do not even realise that he is in our bed until my I start experiencing back pain.
When we put him back in his bed, he will sleep straight away; however he will walk back to our bedroom few hours after. When we put him back after 3-4 times, this is when his sleep is interrupted and he wakes up.
We need to tackle this asap- thinking of getting night nanny to train him. Any advice please?

I know this was a long time ago but it works :)
My mum put a mattress on the floor next to their bed, and I was told that I can always come to their room but sleep on the mattress not in their bed, I lost interest after a couple if nights and didn't bother anymore!
