Advice Needed - Is my baby sleeping too much??!

I am concerned my baby is sleeping too much. DS has always been a poor sleeper until we moved him into his cot 3 weeks ago. He has been much better since, dropping night feeds and his only bad habit is early waking. My concern is that with naps he is sleeping a lot! His routine is as follows and he is coming up to 5 months old:
5 / 5.30am wake up
7am Nap - 1hr
9am / 10am - nap - 1 or 2 hrs
12 / 1pm - 45 mins nap
3pm - 45 mins
5pm - nap 30 mins
7.30pm - bedtime and generally sleeps through or sometimes wakes once.

Is this a lot of sleep?! His naps are taken in his cot so as he was usually with me I wondered if it feels a lot because he's not with me as much?

Any advice gratefully accepted.

Well the first nap compensates for the early start, and the longer nap is often 2 hrs for babies of that age. I think it's ok though you may find you could drop the late nap soon. If sleep at night I'm in your opinion, no worries.
