Any NCSS still about? I'm in straw clutching territory now.

We are still on hourly- to two hourly wake ups.

We've had a constant stream of colds, infections which have not helped.

LO now 11 months. Can self-settle, mainly doesn't. He goes to sleep by himself in cot. On wake-ups goes crazy.

Last few nights has seemed in lot of discomfort, leg kicking, squirming.

So in desperation I'm trying to see if cutting out foods help. We are doing gluten for a couple weeks first. Then I'll try dairy.

Anyone else got a sleeping baby yet or discovered anything amazing with food elimination?

Hiya, I had a terrible time with my daughter's sleep for many various reasons - allergies, colds, teething, breast addict - you name it we had it! It was SO bad I've blogged about it to help other mums - I've covered food allergies so this may be of interest to you - cutting out gluten and cows milk did help us. good luck and best wishes mydaughterwontsleep.com/2013/12/08/a-sensitive-issue/
