Need to sort out a separate place for DD and me to sleep

Hi I am posting here as I thought there might be more traffic. I am 32 weeks with DD3, we had a terrible time with DD2 with hours and hours of wakeful nights, combined with high pitched screaming (she had terrible problems with her ears). I need to sort something out so that we have somewhere to go, other than our bedroom if this happens again. We are in a 3 bed terraced house, with paper thin walls, so I wondered about getting a japanese roll up futon mattress, so that we could set it up downstairs, all ready to go should it all get too much trying to sleep with adjoining neighbour's bedroom. This particular issue caused lots of stress last time, and I want to be prepared if this happens again. So has anyone used a roll up japanese floor futon mattress (do not want one with a frame, just want one we can put out on the floor). Can anyone advise of anything decent that is easy to store, but comfortable to use? Oh our woes were doubled last time by the very loud snoring of my DH who tends to make a lot of noise when he goes off to sleep, and when he is disturbed in the night, I was ready to kill him last time. Many thanks.
