Please excuse me if this is long and drawn out but am new to this and have no idea what any of the acronyms mean. Anyway - our son has slept with us since birth. He is now 3 1/2 and we need to move him to his own room as baby brother arrived in march and although older son has been happy on a mattress on the floor he is now disturbing the baby when he goes to bed and it is affecting both of their bedtimes. I have ordered a new, exciting cabin bed which arrives on thurs and will get exciting spaceship bedlinen. Have also got a nightlight he can activate himself. Anyone got any other ideas or had a similar experience??

Ds slept in same room as me for 2 years, moving house ment own room. Was expecting some form of resistance but it just never came, I just said this is your room now and that was it. Maybe he will be like that and you need not worry.
