So my daughter was a fantastic night sleeper would go 10-2 sleeping then feed 2.30-5.30 s feed then 6-8/8.30 s then we stupidly tried to start a bed time routine of 8.30 gradually brought it forward over 2 weeks last two weeks have been hell. We go 8-10 s feed 10-1 s feed 1.30-2.30 s and every 30 mins -hour waking up and feeding until 6.30 when I give up on sleep and get up. Don't think she needs the feeds but I can't carm her down any other way day or night Just wondering if anyone has any advice. Last two nights have gone to bed at 10 but still waking every hour from 2 also any ideas on caring down with out feeding

I'm no expert, but my DD did this whenever she was growth spurting/teething/learning a new big skill. For the most part she has been a fab sleeper so I really feel it when we get a couple of bad days!
I'm sure someone more helpful will be along shortly, but try not to worry to much, it's likely to settle back down again soon enough

That's the thing I think I was spoilt so the few days of bad sleep are killing me. She has been napping more in day to forgot to mention that

The only things I found helped was plenty of fresh air and cuddles during the day. I also used to take her outside for a few minutes if she'd gotten too wound up to get back to sleep, used to really calm her down enough, it was less likely that she would get all worked up if she woke a second time. I think with these things you just gave to try things and see what works for you. It's so hard when they can't tell you what's up with them.
I actually find myself missing all the lovely cuddles we had, even the middle of the night ones unbelievably! She won't stay still for more than a few seconds now so I while she gives lovely cuddles they are over in seconds.
Sounds exactly like DD's growthspurts, she'd have lots more feeds, often unsettled at night and suddenly her clothes would be a bit on the small side. The saving grace was that she would have a few sleepy days when it was over

Thanks I'm hoping it is a growth spurt and will pass but she is allready in 3-6 in trousers due to mega long legs but still 0-3 in waist! We go out lots but with the weather we are having I don't want to go out lol

hope she's not like mine.... She slept the same until this time and now she's up every two hours often worse...24weeks and counting. I never realised how good I had it Wink

OP, can't quite decipher your timings. What's "s feed"?
