7wk old will not settle at night seems to have wind

I am looking for advice after 2 bad nights... 7 week old lb feeds from bottles Ok during day and settles well. At night he won't settle after his bath massage and bottle and cries as if he has wind, brings his legs up and will not let us lie him down on his back but is OK sat up. We have tried gripe water and prune juice, this makes him pass lots of wind but he still won't settle. .
We changed from 1st to 2nd hungry baby Aptamil milk a couple of weeks ago as he was 8.9 born and now already weighs 13lbs and was having 8 bottles of 5 ounces a day and that was not enough. He wanted more.
We can only settle him at night by driving round in the car.. Both nights this has been at 2 am. We don't understand why this is only happens at night as he is on the same milk. Should we change back to the first milk? Could this be the cause? Or just give hungry baby milk before bed? Could he have reflux? Any suggestions as to the cause to remedy this will help.

unfortunately just sounds like wind. most babies with wind/colic tend to be worse in the evenings. I HATED people saying it to me but time is really the main thing. we had a terrible first 13 weeks f endless evening and night time screaming then got to 15 weeks and boom he's over it. it does pass eventually.
other things that helped were Dr Brown's bottles and loose clothing and nappies. wish I could be more help!!
