What can I do with my 2yo to stop him disrupting his brothers naps?!

Hi

I have a two year old and a 17 week old. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how to put my small one down for his morning nap-I BF and his big brother is a great noisy distraction! They have an afternoon nap the same time so this is easier to do but I still need to make sure my eldest is okay. I have been out walking etc so he gets some but there are days when I don't want to rely on the sling/walk just to get him to sleep?

I'm in the same situation as you, only DS2 is 21w and DS1 has decided he's no longer having naps. If we're in the house I tend to leave DS2 in his chair in the living room and take DS1 into the kitchen for colouring/stickers. If that doesn't work I just do my best to keep him quietly occupied! DS2 seems remarkably good at sleeping through toddler noise though Smile
