Will a dream feed help with 15 week old DS night time waking?

Hi, my DS has approx 6/8 oz feed (ff) at approximately 7pm and normally settles between 7.30pm and 8.00pm. He then wakes for a feed between 3 and 5 am. I know it is great that he does such a long stretch and I certainly don't expect him to go any longer after a 7pm feed. However, the problem is that after feeding he can be awake for 2 hours, just talking and laughing! This is v cute in the day but less so in the early hours. Especially when we have a DD who likes to start the day at 6am!
We're wondering whether a dream feed at about 10pm may help?
