Daytime nap has finished but nightime bedwetting has started

DD, 3, has been potty trained for more than a year and has been out of night nappies for around 6 months. During that time she's usually had a regular daytime nap and has never had an accident. However, now she's dropped the nap she's started wetting the bed at night - presumably because she's so tired now when she goes to bed. She doesn't have drinks after around 5.30pm and I make sure she goes to the loo last thing before getting in bed. However, am despairing - and she hates that she's wetting the bed - as to how to stop it. Any advice please?

Any particular reason why she has stopped the nap?
if she is really tired enough to not wake and to wet the bed then i would reintroduce the nap!
sorry i cant think of much else but someone will know.

Have you tried lifting her before you go to be?

bed - even!

I've stopped the nap as she was going to sleep at night later and later - would sometimes be awake until 9.30pm, so it had to go. Haven't tried lifting - am a bit wary of this as I have a neighbour who's still lifting her 7 year old but obviously may have to go down that route.
